This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Take charge of speed-to-lead initiatives and manage outbound follow-ups for all inbound leads and estimate requests.

• Develop estimate support packets, proposals, job notes, and updates for the sales and estimating team.

• Schedule appointments, site visits, estimate reminders, and ensure timely proposal dispatch.

• Re-engage inactive leads, pursue unsigned proposals, and maintain a clean pipeline.

• Ensure that CRM and job management systems are organized so that no revenue opportunities are overlooked.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, service coordination, dispatch, estimating support, or contractor office assistance.

• Demonstrated ability to manage over 50 lead follow-ups weekly or handle more than 20 proposals/quotes monthly.

• At least 2 years of experience with software platforms including ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Buildertrend, HubSpot, or comparable systems.

• Experience managing $100k or more in monthly pipeline activity related to quoting or bidding.

• Capability to pass a live call simulation and a written accuracy assessment with a score of 85% or higher.
