This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborating with the sales team to deliver support during pre-sales activities, which includes preparing demos, addressing product-related questions, and assisting with responses to RFPs, proposals, and other documentation tasks.
• Observing and mastering demo techniques while becoming acquainted with the master demo system, progressively taking on greater responsibilities in demo presentations, and supporting current Sales Support Engineers during these demonstrations.
• Conducting practice demos for partners interested in our offerings, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience that showcases the value and capabilities of all ASH products.
• Aiding in the development and upkeep of product demo videos, particularly on the Consensus platform.
• Meeting with clients and prospects to evaluate and discuss specific product functionality inquiries.
• Keeping all light demo scripts current for OpenWater, TopClass, Clowder, and other ASH software solutions.
• Staying informed about all ASH products, sales policies, and procedures to maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Carrying out other job-related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and products.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
