This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Keep precise and current records within Monday CRM.
• Ensure that sales opportunities progress through the pipeline, with key stages accurately updated.
• Hold members of the sales team accountable for upholding CRM hygiene and updating their activities.
• Oversee pipeline activity and proactively engage with sales team members regarding any missing information, overdue tasks, or stalled opportunities.
• Create and sustain sales reports, dashboards, and summaries of the pipeline.
• Compose professional sales emails, follow-up messages, and client communications on behalf of the sales team.
• Assist with re-engagement campaigns targeting prospective clients and dormant opportunities.
• Develop email templates, case studies, and supporting materials for client outreach efforts.
• Organize follow-up activities to guarantee that no opportunities are overlooked.
• Provide support to the sales team with everyday administrative functions.
• Aid in meeting preparation, note-taking, and tracking action items.
• Coordinate documentation, proposals, and materials related to sales.
• Help manage workflows, reminders, and task completion within the sales team.
• Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous optimization of Monday CRM processes.
• Aid in maintaining sales resources, templates, and collateral.
• Support reporting and tracking of KPIs.
• Offer recommendations to enhance sales productivity and pipeline visibility.
• Prior experience in sales support, sales administration, CRM administration, customer success, or a related role.
• Strong organizational abilities and an exceptional eye for detail.
• Outstanding written communication and email drafting capabilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Confidence in collaborating with sales professionals and ensuring team members follow processes.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and business software.
• Highly Desirable
• Experience with Monday CRM or Monday.com.
• Background in supporting B2B sales teams.
• Knowledge of sales pipelines, lead management, and opportunity tracking.
• Experience in generating reports and dashboards.
