This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Serve as the representative for Philips’ VeriSight Pro 3D ICE catheter to interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists.
• Establish, maintain, and deliver technical and clinical product support, systems assistance, and ongoing education to healthcare providers and allied health professionals.
• Collaborate with VeriSight Regional and Territory Managers as well as Philips teams in Ultrasound, Image Guided Therapy Systems & Devices, Training & Education, Field Service Engineering, and Field Management.
• Develop expertise in 3D ICE application across various clinical procedures.
• Employ consultative education strategies to assess customer needs, offer support, and identify opportunities within designated regions.
• Assist in the evaluation of new products and provide clinical insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Aid in company-sponsored clinical and marketing trials, registries, and educational initiatives.
• Enhance clinical acumen, knowledge of competitive products, customer relationships, sales capabilities, and educational skills.
• Organize and schedule customer case support.
• Optimize engagement with hospital stakeholders before, during, and after cases.
• Facilitate the launch of new programs and provide training for physicians and staff.
• Registered or Certified Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography lab.
• Over 2 years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab.
• Proficient in using ultrasound consoles, including Philips EPIQ.
• In-depth clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the medical device industry and related product portfolios, preferably in structural heart and/or electrophysiology therapies.
• Strong clinical and technical expertise.
• Capability to engage with physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Proficient in presenting a value proposition and identifying customer needs.
• Effective and timely communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight, both locally and nationally, sometimes on short notice.
• Must reside in or be within commuting distance of Tampa, Florida.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
