This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the Sales Support function to guarantee the precise and efficient fulfillment of customer and team operational requirements.
• Prepare quotes and revisions accurately, adhering to SLA timelines.
• Complete urgent quotes and revisions within the requested timeframes.
• Ensure all quotes and revisions are finalized within 24 hours of receiving full and complete information.
• Accurately fulfill all quotes and revisions in accordance with the requested details.
• Process orders and revisions accurately and within SLA timelines.
• Complete urgent orders and revisions within the specified timeframes.
• Ensure all orders and revisions are finalized within 48 hours of receiving full and complete information.
• Accurately fulfill all orders and revisions in line with the request details.
• Answer phone calls in the absence of Internal Account Managers and Customer Experience Coordinators.
• Assist customers to the best of your ability, or direct them to someone who can provide assistance.
• Always maintain a positive and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Take messages and relay them to the appropriate individual as necessary.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team by ensuring information is accurately processed in the CRM, such as updating existing requests and prioritizing urgent matters.
• Verify any unclear requests with the sales team.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Support.
• Proven experience in Customer Service through phone and email communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Enjoyment of a focused role that demands your full concentration for extended periods.
• Highly organized individual.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively without oversight, inspiring confidence in others regarding your ability to deliver.

• High proficiency in standard administrative software (Outlook, Excel, etc.), with a quick learning ability for new software and a basic understanding of ERP systems.
