Sales Support Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support the external sales team with various operational tasks;

• Update, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets effectively;

• Execute, monitor, and manage sales campaigns;

• Offer assistance with sales systems and tools, including Sistema Máxima and Winthor;

• Create and analyze sales reports;

• Organize sales materials and create presentations;

• Provide team support through digital communication channels;

• Help in monitoring sales KPIs and performance indicators;

• Ensure processes within the department are organized and efficient.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail;

• Proficient with technology and various software systems;

• Intermediate skills in Excel/Google Sheets;

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities;

• A collaborative attitude with the ability to prioritize effectively;

• Prior experience in commercial support, administrative roles, or internal customer service is advantageous.
