This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Guide and inspire call center representatives as they handle client calls.
• Recruit team members and aid in their training process, ensuring agents are adequately prepared for calls.
• Provide support to agents post-training by tracking their progress and addressing any queries.
• Offer continuous coaching opportunities and motivation for agents.
• Ensure adherence to all contact center goals, performance metrics, and policies.
• Identify operational challenges and propose enhancements.
• Assess and review agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; however, further education, particularly in management, is preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or supervisory role may be necessary.
• Competence in technology, particularly with computers, software applications, and phone systems.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong grasp of company products, policies, and services.
• Capability to coach, train, and motivate staff while assessing their performance.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Analytical, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain composure and politeness under pressure and manage tense situations, particularly during peak hours.
