This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Recruit, train, and prepare call center representatives to effectively respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure that agents are well-informed about contact center goals, performance metrics, and policies.
• Address agent inquiries concerning best practices or challenging calls.
• Identify operational challenges and propose enhancements.
• Monitor and assess agent performance, providing guidance and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
• Generate reports and analyze data to set and achieve contact center objectives.
• Work collaboratively with other supervisors and management to enhance customer satisfaction.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is preferred.
• Experience in call center, customer service, or supervisory roles may be necessary.
• Proficient in technology, particularly with computers, software applications, and telephone systems.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong knowledge of company products, policies, and services.
• Capability to coach, train, and motivate staff while assessing their performance.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Analytical, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure during peak hours.
