This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for the promotion and sale of Grifols plasma products along with associated services and diagnostic programs to hospitals and physicians in the designated territory.
• Enhance profitability by boosting the adoption of our products and service offerings.
• Develop a network of prospective clients.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Organize events and training sessions for clients, including physicians and medical personnel.
• Represent Grifols at both regional and national conferences.
• Maintain ongoing reporting and documentation of data in the specified sales support systems.
• Perform continuous market analysis and keep track of competitor actions.
• Relay market intelligence and competitor activities to direct supervisors and pertinent departments (e.g., Marketing, Medical, etc.).
• A university degree in a scientific discipline or completion of training as a pharmaceutical representative (§ 75 AMG).
• A scientific background is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a field sales representative.
• Proficient IT skills, with the ability to independently utilize Outlook and Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using and managing CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to present effectively to both individuals and groups.
• Proficient command of the English language.
