This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
β’ You will lead the growth and management of the current customer portfolio while seeking out and converting new business opportunities in Operating Room Essentials (sutures, access devices, instruments, and ligatures).
β’ You will enhance existing strategic partnerships and actively participate in their long-term development.
β’ You will organize and deliver training sessions tailored to the various stakeholders involved.
β’ You will implement all commercial activities associated with product launches and customer presentations.
β’ You will establish and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and key opinion leaders in the market.
β’ You will represent Medtronic at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
β’ You will perform regular competitive intelligence assessments and continuously analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for commercial activities.
β’ You possess a qualification in a medical, technical, or commercial field, or you have equivalent professional experience.
β’ You are characterized by a structured, independent, and meticulous work style, along with a strong commitment and entrepreneurial mindset.
β’ You have exceptional communication skills and can tailor your message to diverse audiences.
β’ You are confident in presenting and have strong negotiation abilities.
β’ You work independently with a strong focus on results and solutions, even when managing complex sales processes.
β’ You are fluent in French and German, with a very good command of English, both spoken and written.
β’ You are comfortable using IT tools and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
β’ Ideally, you reside within the relevant sales territory.
