This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Attracting new customers while also maintaining and securing the existing customer base.
• Providing a customer-focused and proficient presentation of selected products and solutions from the Drives & Motors division.
• Translating the requirements of the OEM customer segment into appropriate solutions by analyzing specifications and tenders.
• Preparing and following up on proposals (with support from the technical internal service) until contracts are awarded.
• Engaging in continuous market observation and contributing to the development of new sales strategies.
• Participating in trade fairs and customer events, as well as assisting with our marketing initiatives.
• Managing budgets and regularly analyzing the results of all activities independently.
• A completed degree, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering or a related field; alternatively, a completed technician/master qualification.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in OEM sales and drive technology.
• Experience and knowledge in the application of frequency converters and electric motors are highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with control technology is advantageous.
• Strong customer and market orientation, excellent closing and assertiveness skills, as well as negotiation skills, service orientation, and self-management abilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to embrace new media and technologies.
• A high level of travel readiness within the sales territory is essential.
