This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as a committed Sales Specialist, assisting the team with enthusiasm for sales, client acquisition, and negotiations.
• Actively seek out potential clients and initiate first contacts.
• Take the lead in negotiations and successfully finalize contracts.
• Evaluate and enhance internal sales procedures.
• Implement and oversee sales tools to ensure efficient customer management and CRM.
• Collaborate closely with our legal team and other departments to deliver optimal support.
• Prepare reports and analyses to assess performance.
• Completion of commercial vocational training (e.g., business or sales apprenticeship) or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Background in the legal sector is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
• Significant experience with CRM systems.
• Capability and willingness to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
• Self-driven with a proactive working style.
• Team-oriented with the capability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Eagerness to assist colleagues.
• Genuine interest in the legal sector and willingness to learn about legal topics.
