This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Delivering necessary pre-sale product demonstrations and presentations
• Conducting post-sale installation, training, and/or customer service activities to meet sales goals
• Taking full ownership of sales targets within the assigned region
• Driving sales through marketing initiatives and managing the entire sales funnel
• Ensuring timely delivery and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Managing public tenders and being well-versed in associated rules and guidelines
• Offering technical and clinical expertise throughout the sales process
• Developing, coordinating, and providing product training to customers on software, application, and equipment usage
• Overseeing customer installations to enhance satisfaction and nurture relationships
• Enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through ongoing education and awareness initiatives
• Supporting trade shows and professional conferences
• Leveraging market and product insights to assist the sales team in formulating sales, marketing, and customer service strategies
• Creating comprehensive post-training reports and regularly offering feedback regarding customer satisfaction and needs
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree
• Extensive Ultrasound experience from prior roles in similar positions or within the healthcare sector
• Background in both clinical and sales environments
• Strong sales acumen with a results-driven, customer-centric approach
• Solid understanding of the healthcare sector and its operational processes
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Established connections with key accounts
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Sweden, including participation in national sales meetings and trade shows
• Excellent presentation skills (experience in public speaking and lecturing is preferred)
• Proven interpersonal and communication abilities (capable of effectively communicating, both verbally and in writing, with external customers, global counterparts, and team members across various functions)
• Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts, communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers
• Demonstrated professional business acumen (experience collaborating with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-oriented sales process)
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities and taking action
• Team-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Preferred clinical experience in a large hospital or university setting
• Significant demonstrated clinical scanning proficiency in specific modalities
• Fluency in the local language and English.
