This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for products including bentonites, resins, and other portfolio solutions.
• Manage and enhance the customer portfolio/accounts within the designated region.
• Identify and pursue new customer prospects and market opportunities.
• Offer technical and commercial support to both existing and potential customers.
• Create sales presentations, proposals, technical assessments/reports, and quotations.
• Coordinate the shipment of samples and oversee industrial tests and trials conducted by customers.
• Conduct technical and commercial follow-ups on the results obtained from tests and applications.
• Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring a balance between competitiveness, profitability, and customer relations.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, laboratories, logistics, and operations to guarantee service excellence.
• Keep track of market dynamics, competitor activities, and trends within the foundry segment.
• Willingness to work in the Southeast or South regions.
• Must possess a valid Category B driver's license (CNH B) and be available for frequent travel.
• Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within the foundry, metallurgy, mining, industrial chemicals, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with consultative selling and the development of technical applications for industrial clients.
• Bachelor's degree (completed), preferably in Engineering, Metallurgy, Foundry, Materials, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation expertise, and a track record of leading commercial projects.
• Preferred: previous experience in the foundry market will be viewed as a significant advantage.
