This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Actively seek and cultivate new, upsell, and cross-sell sales opportunities for Emerging Technologies solutions.
• Take ownership of opportunity advancement from initial discovery to closing, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and Account Representatives (ARs) in co-selling initiatives to enhance Emerging Technologies within current accounts.
• Support strategies for account growth by aligning Emerging Technologies solutions with customer requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert within designated product solution groups (e.g., Fusion, Water, Construction).
• Communicate product features, proofs of concept (POCs), use cases, and business outcomes effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Create and implement detailed sales plans aimed at increasing new revenue and scaling the adoption of Emerging Technologies.
• Identify new business opportunities and customer personas to enhance market penetration.
• Position Emerging Technologies as leading solutions in the market by clearly articulating their unique business value.
• Address customer challenges through compelling value-based storytelling and solution alignment.
• Develop, manage, and provide accurate sales forecasts for Emerging Technologies opportunities.
• Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and visibility throughout various sales stages.
• Lead or assist in customer negotiations, including complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Offer strategic guidance during discussions on pricing, packaging, and contracts.
• Conduct technical discovery and engage specialized resources as necessary to progress opportunities.
• Enable partners on Emerging Technologies offerings and transition finalized deals for renewal management.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, solutions sales, or technical sales roles.
• At least 3 years of experience selling complex software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Proven experience working within a matrixed sales environment alongside AEs, technical specialists, and partners.
• A demonstrated history of driving pipeline growth, expansion sales, and revenue achievement.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in selling emerging, innovative, or advanced technology solutions.
• Background in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related industries pertinent to assigned product groups.
• Experience in supporting proofs of concept (POCs) and conducting technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies and ROI-driven sales techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
