This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with our clients.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and course participants during incoming calls.
• Assess and evaluate the needs of course participants during brief online demo sessions.
• Proactively promote the services provided by Coding Giants through the inbound hotline.
• Offer guidance to course participants and customers in choosing the most suitable solutions.
• Meet personal and team objectives related to sales, quality, and efficiency.
• Deliver comprehensive assistance across various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media.
• Reach out to customers concerning outstanding payments.
• Ideally, you possess 1–2 years of experience in telephone sales or telemarketing.
• You are articulate, approachable, and possess excellent communication skills.
• You are comfortable with video calls.
• You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are motivated by achieving targets.
• Experience in sales, especially within the EdTech sector, is an advantage.
• A monthly salary that includes a base pay along with a performance-based bonus.
• An employment contract that includes a six-month probationary period.
• The opportunity for remote work.
• A flexible schedule with two available shifts: 9:00–17:00 and 12:00–20:00.
