This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Maximize B2B sales by leveraging knowledge of the IKEA product range, local market dynamics, and customer preferences.
• Facilitate the efficient operation of the IKEA mechanical sales system.
• Strategically plan and initiate proactive sales outreach to attract new business clients.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with existing business customers.
• Manage and allocate incoming inquiries and project leads effectively.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities for growth.
• Oversee and coordinate the entire sales process, from quotation through to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute commercial activations.
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to pinpoint gaps in the market.
• Maintain and refresh the sales pipeline with precise reporting.
• Proficient in communicating confidently and clearly in both English and Thai.
• Demonstrated passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail, and communications aligned with the IKEA identity.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, along with exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities; a decisive problem-solver.
• Capacity to prioritize and organize tasks to optimize the efficient use of available resources.
• Possess creative and commercial visual competence with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working both collaboratively within a team and autonomously.
• Must own a car and possess a valid driver's license.
