This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Take ownership of and drive the territory strategy throughout Norway, emphasizing revenue generation, pipeline enhancement, and strategic account growth.
• Represent and market the complete Olink proteomics portfolio, tailoring solutions to meet varied customer requirements.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders in both academia and industry.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities, effectively managing intricate sales cycles.
• Lead and oversee public procurement initiatives in Norway.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans for essential customers.
• Collaborate across functions with marketing, scientific support, operations, and global account teams.
• Ensure accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting through the utilization of CRM tools.
• Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific and Olink at conferences and scientific gatherings.
• Demonstrated success in life science sales, preferably within the realms of proteomics, genomics, or advanced research technologies.
• Strong grasp of the Norwegian scientific landscape, including academia, healthcare, and biopharma sectors.
• Established connections within the Norwegian research and/or biotechnology community.
• Experience in managing complex sales processes and high-value transactions, including multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency in handling tenders and public procurement processes in Norway.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and adept at working in a high-growth, target-driven setting.
• Willingness to travel across Norway (approximately 50%).
• Proficient in both English and Norwegian.
