This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a Full-Circle Sales Specialist, you play a crucial role in driving our growth.
• You manage the complete sales cycle, from initial research to fostering long-term customer relationships.
• You will onboard new companies and demonstrate how Planted enhances their visibility regarding environmental and climate impact.
• You will continue to be their primary point of contact moving forward.
• You collaborate closely with our Climate Forester, who assists you with product marketing, events, and sourcing.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales — you understand the dynamics of a sales cycle.
• Ambition. You are eager to close deals rather than merely manage them.
• You are comfortable making phone calls; cold calling is an integral part of the process, not a chore.
• A strong communicator who can engage effectively with CEOs, sustainability leaders, and marketing managers.
• A structured, self-motivated work ethic — you don't require prompting to start your day.
• Proficient in German (business fluent) and competent in English.
• Nice-to-haves: experience in sustainability, ESG, or the climate sector.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• A network in relevant industries.
• Genuine responsibility from day one in our sales team.
• A product you can believe in: measurable environmental and climate impact, free from greenwashing.
• Proprietary software that effectively supports your pitch — customers can see live updates on their projects.
• 600 existing customers providing ample opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Assistance from our Climate Forester, allowing you to concentrate on sales.
• A proactive team that accomplishes tasks, shares laughter, and builds something meaningful.
