This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of key ecosystem partners throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Develop and implement partner-led go-to-market strategies that align with enterprise, government, and donor objectives.
• Equip partners with guidance on solution positioning, program development, assessment frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Monitor partner pipeline, commercial outcomes, and program effectiveness.
• Maintain rigorous forecasting, CRM governance, and reporting practices.
• Drive direct business development efforts with enterprises, governments, and institutions.
• Shape and lead intricate, multi-party initiatives.
• Assist partners in engaging with ministries and agencies by navigating RFPs, tenders, and donor-funded projects.
• Possess the ability to identify opportunities, take ownership, build momentum from uncertainty, and execute initiatives from start to finish.
• Several years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue goals in a software or technology setting.
• Strong understanding of regional variations and business cultures across African territories.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently in complex and dynamic markets, requiring minimal daily supervision.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of French or Portuguese would be advantageous).
• Experience in selling technology, AI-driven solutions, and educational, learning, and/or skills technology products.
