πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Complete sales cycle management: Engaging in qualification and consultative discussions with mid-market and large enterprises, all the way through to contract finalization and follow-up.

β€’ Strategic development (60–70%): Formulating and executing sales strategies that align with market dynamics and organizational goals, with an emphasis on inbound activities.

β€’ Analysis & reporting: Generating sales reports, monitoring KPIs, and identifying actions to enhance performance.

β€’ Collaborative teamwork at eye level: Engaging in close cooperation with internal consulting teams to facilitate seamless customer transitions and foster long-term partnerships.

β€’ Learning & development culture: Involvement in training sessions, contributing to team meetings, and actively shaping sales processes and tools.

β€’ Active new business development (30–40%): Establishing and nurturing new B2B connections through cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment scheduling, with a focus on funding/grants and energy consulting.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, Customer Success, software sales, or Business Development.

β€’ Demonstrated success in outbound acquisition, lead generation, or growing existing customer relationships.

β€’ Passion for topics including innovation, energy efficiency, sustainability, or digitalization.

β€’ Proficient user of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

β€’ Strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset ('closer' energy).

β€’ Native-level German; proficiency in English is an advantage.
