This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Acquisition and support of clients

• Providing advice in response to incoming inquiries from care workers

• Engaging in discussions regarding potential care assignments and offering assistance with transfers and emergencies

• Independently managing the care worker roster

• Maintaining regular contact with care workers and conducting satisfaction surveys

• Offering constructive feedback to enhance internal processes and improve the customer experience

• Some experience in recruiting care workers for home care, or a background in sales or customer support

• Enjoys making phone calls and possesses a friendly demeanor

• Outgoing, personable, and communicative character

• Results-oriented mindset: eagerness to learn rapidly, push initiatives forward, and exceed expectations

• Fluent in Polish (C2) and proficient in either German or English (B2–C2)

• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is a plus

• 27 days of annual leave per year
