This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to successfully closing deals with companies in the Czech Republic.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of valuable B2B clients within the Czech market.
• Grasp the recruitment challenges faced by Czech businesses and customize Jooble’s value proposition accordingly.
• Prepare and facilitate calls with prospective clients, which includes conducting demos and presenting the value proposition.
• Keep precise records in the CRM system.
• Offer insights to the product team regarding market trends and competitor activities in Czechia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT industry.
• Possess local expertise in the Czech business landscape.
• Comfortable interacting with an international team and reporting in English.
• Proficient in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and modern sales tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.).
• Result-driven with accountability for the sales pipeline.
• English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher (both spoken and written).
• Fluent in Czech.
