This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and address incoming sales inquiries from prospective clients and partners.
• Manage and track sales pipelines utilizing CRM software.
• Perform lead research and prospecting within the Australian, New Zealand, and US markets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with independent retailers operating direct-to-store.
• Develop and oversee sales communication templates for email, SMS, and phone interactions.
• Create sales automation workflows to enhance outreach and follow-up processes.
• Assist in the commercial quoting process and prepare sales proposals.
• Generate and manage sales documentation using PandaDoc or similar applications.
• Ensure accurate CRM records are maintained and support sales reporting efforts.
• Demonstrated experience in sales support, sales operations, or inside sales positions.
• Exceptional communication abilities, especially in phone-based discussions and relationship development.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
• Capability to create sales automations, templates, and workflows.
• Familiarity with sales documentation tools like PandaDoc (or similar).
• Strong skills in research and lead generation.
• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a self-sufficient role.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the supplement, nutraceutical, or vitamin sector.
• Knowledge of Kava products or wellness items from the South Pacific.
• Experience engaging with international markets (AU, NZ, US).
• Background in supporting retail or independent store sales channels.
• Advanced skills in Monday.com CRM would be beneficial.
