This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Present, advocate, and sell products/services utilizing compelling arguments to both existing and potential customers.
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads via cold calling initiatives.
• Monitor the competition by collecting up-to-date marketplace information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery schedules, and merchandising strategies.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
• Meet established sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines.
• Collaborate on sales initiatives with team members and other departments.
• Evaluate the territory/market's potential, monitor sales, and provide status reports.
• Provide management with insights on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
• Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends.
• Strive for continuous improvement through constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B Sales.
• Background in SaaS Sales is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Understanding of CRM practices along with the capability to cultivate productive professional relationships.
• Highly driven and motivated with a proven sales track record.
• Exceptional skills in selling, negotiation, and communication.
• Strong abilities in prioritization, time management, and organization.
• Capacity to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's requirements.
• Strong relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
