This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propel business growth by focusing on medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, OEMs, and healthcare facilities.
• Discover and cultivate new customer opportunities to establish a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Oversee and enhance existing key accounts within the designated territory.
• Fortify relationships with essential stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Regularly present new products and solutions to boost business share within current accounts.
• Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term tactical sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Design and execute account plans to stimulate growth and enhance market penetration.
• Track sales performance and modify strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of substantial sales experience, preferably in the medical device manufacturing sector, along with experience in hospital consumables sales.
• Academic background in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or BSc Nursing, with an MBA being advantageous.
• Strong understanding of processes within the medical device and hospital industries, including key market trends.
• Proven experience collaborating with distributors and resellers in the medical sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and persuade stakeholders.
• Aptitude for identifying new opportunities, building sales pipelines, and driving business growth.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel – up to 50% travel, including overnight stays, within the territory or designated locations.
