Sales Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Create innovative solutions across various product categories

• Conduct demonstrations and technical workshops

• Develop architectures and Bills of Materials (BoMs)

• Provide support to partners and distributors

• Enhance market visibility

• Exchange insights with global teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Solution Architecture

• Knowledge of Enterprise Networking (SD-WAN, MC-LAG, BGP, OSPF)

• Experience with ProAV (AV-over-IP, PTP)

• Familiarity with Physical Security (CCTV & Access Control)

• Proficiency in VoIP (SIP systems)

• Understanding of Storage solutions (NAS, SAN)

• Fluent in Thai and English

• Background in pre-sales or system integration

• Relevant certifications are preferred

• Strong capability in utilizing AI tools, LLMs, and automation for enhanced productivity
