This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Conduct qualification calls with potential clients to grasp their objectives and challenges.

• Ascertain if prospects fulfill the criteria for our services.

• Arrange strategy calls with closers for those prospects who are qualified.

• Maintain precise records of interactions in HubSpot & Aircall.

• Offer feedback to the marketing department regarding lead quality.

• Serve as a lead hunter when required.

• Proven track record in sales, especially in lead qualification or inside sales.

• Strong comprehension of the sales process and lead qualification standards.

• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and tools.

• Ability to assess prospect needs and align them with our offerings.

• Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.

• Exceptional listening skills and effective questioning techniques.

• Capability to quickly establish trust and credibility.

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Flexibility in managing various prospect profiles.

• Proficiency in the German language at C1 level is mandatory.
