This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Conduct research to identify potential target customers (e.g., utilizing LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories)
• Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria
• Develop and dispatch initial outreach messages (via email/LinkedIn)
• Manage leads within a CRM or tracking spreadsheet
• Arrange meetings or pass qualified leads to the sales team
• Some experience in B2B sales, outbound marketing, or lead research
• Organized and dependable work approach with a quick understanding of new concepts
• Exceptional written communication skills in both German and English
• Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn, Hunter.io, Apollo, CRM systems, and Google Sheets
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven
• Fully remote work environment - extensive feedback provided
