This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage with 30-40 warm leads daily through phone calls, texts, and Zoom meetings.
• Conduct 15-30 minute AI implementation sessions via Zoom.
• Assess leads based on their revenue, business type, objectives, and readiness.
• Arrange consultation calls for qualified prospects with our closing team.
• Perform confirmation calls for every appointment with closers to enhance attendance rates.
• Achieve a minimum of 25 sets per week (5 or more per day).
• Maintain concise CRM notes for the closer's reference.
• Engage in weekly team training sessions and utilize the on-demand training resources.
• Proven sales experience (via phone, Zoom, or in-person).
• Comfortable with making 30-40 outbound contacts daily (calls, texts, DMs).
• High energy and a naturally warm demeanor when communicating over the phone and on camera.
• Access to reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a personal computer.
• Availability during USA business hours (8am-5pm).
• Strong organizational skills for CRM data entry.
• Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure.
• Preferred: Background in a setter, SDR, or BDR position.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar platforms.
• Experience in qualifying leads for high-ticket programs ($2,000+).
• Access to warm leads instead of cold lists.
• Professional sales coaching provided.
