This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage with potential leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email;
• Present educational courses and respond to inquiries from prospective students in a consultative and compassionate way;
• Develop commercial proposals and oversee the negotiation process until enrollment is finalized;
• Utilize the CRM system to document all interactions and track the sales pipeline;
• Implement follow-up routines to ensure a consistent and warm approach to closing sales;
• Provide insights to the marketing team regarding lead quality and potential areas for enhancement;
• Generate performance reports and comprehensive analyses of the sales funnel;
• Maintain relationships post-sale, assisting students as they embark on their educational journey.
• Expertise in sales CRM platforms and consultative selling methodologies;
• Capability to navigate negotiations and effectively address objections;
• Background in selling services;
• Prior experience in consultative sales (including courses, educational services, etc.);
• Exceptional negotiation abilities, objection management, persuasive communication, and empathetic interaction;
• Knowledge of CRM tools and procedures for commercial follow-ups;
• Access to a computer and a dependable internet connection for remote work;
• Willingness to participate in initial in-person training in Méier, RJ (Rio de Janeiro).
