This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
β’ Conduct outbound outreach to potential international students interested in studying in Canada.
β’ Engage with education agents, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
β’ Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM-based outreach.
β’ Schedule consultations and application meetings for admissions teams.
β’ Assist prospective students through the initial stages of application and enrollment processes.
β’ Maintain precise CRM records and monitor applicant pipelines.
β’ Achieve KPIs related to outreach volume, conversions, and enrolled student targets.
β’ Keep informed about Canadian education requirements, visa procedures, and institutional offerings.
β’ Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to enhance conversion rates.
β’ Demonstrated experience in cold calling, admissions, or student recruitment positions.
β’ Preferred: Direct experience within the Canadian education market (institutions, agents, or student recruitment into Canada).
β’ Strong abilities in outbound communication and sales.
β’ Experience with international students or education agencies.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
β’ Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage high-volume leads.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal and consultative communication skills.
β’ Target-driven and comfortable in a KPI-focused environment.
β’ Preferred Experience
β’ Experience recruiting students for colleges or universities in Canada.
β’ Knowledge of Canadian visa processes and study permit requirements.
β’ Experience collaborating with education agents or international recruitment networks.
