This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will drive the expansion of our company by attracting new customers, advising current clients, and promoting upgrades and upsells to enhance customer satisfaction and meet revenue goals.
β’ You will give compelling online presentations to engage potential customers with our software solution.
β’ You will consult with current customers, assess their needs, and provide customized solutions to establish long-term partnerships.
β’ You will leverage your negotiation skills to effectively sell upgrades and upsells, maximizing revenue opportunities.
β’ You will maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new collaboration opportunities.
β’ Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure excellent customer support and high levels of customer satisfaction.
β’ You will also set clear objectives and proactively work to achieve and surpass them.
β’ You have completed commercial vocational training or possess an equivalent qualification.
β’ You have experience in software sales, preferably within the trades (crafts) sector, or you have a strong affinity for this industry.
β’ You possess a sales-oriented mindset with a clear focus on solution selling.
β’ You demonstrate strong IT and software affinity and can quickly adapt to new software solutions.
β’ You are articulate, confident in negotiations, and exhibit strong closing abilities.
β’ Furthermore, you are goal-oriented, able to work independently, and are driven to exceed your sales targets.
