This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You foster the growth of our organization by acquiring new clients, providing guidance to current customers, and promoting upgrades and upsells to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
β’ You conduct engaging online presentations to captivate potential customers about our software solution.
β’ You assist existing clients by identifying their requirements and proposing customized solutions to establish long-term partnerships.
β’ You leverage your negotiation abilities to effectively sell upgrades and upsells, maximizing revenue potential.
β’ You maintain strong relationships with current customers and seek out new collaboration opportunities.
β’ Additionally, you collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure outstanding customer service and high satisfaction levels.
β’ Moreover, you set clear objectives and take proactive measures to achieve and surpass them.
β’ You have completed commercial vocational training or possess a similar qualification.
β’ You have prior experience in software sales, ideally within the skilled trades sector, or you have a deep interest in this industry.
β’ You demonstrate a sales-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on solution selling.
β’ You possess a solid affinity for IT and software, allowing you to quickly adapt to new software solutions.
β’ You are an effective communicator, a confident negotiator, and have excellent closing abilities.
β’ You work independently in a goal-driven manner and aim to exceed your sales targets.
