Sales Representative – Renal Denervation, Perfusion

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of the RDN and Perfusion sector by discovering new opportunities and facilitating market expansion.

• Establish and nurture collaborative partnerships with physicians, hospital administrators, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

• Oversee activities across Nephrology, Radiology, Cardiology, and other specialties to enhance patient access to therapies.

• Provide product demonstrations, customer training, and clinical assistance.

• Ensure a consistent field presence through customer interactions and strategic territory management.

• Advocate for Renal Denervation (RDN), a minimally invasive technique aimed at addressing uncontrolled hypertension utilizing Perfusion technologies.

• Uphold Medtronic's professional and ethical standards, adhering to internal policies, quality benchmarks, and relevant regulations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

• Prior sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in medical device sales is essential.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are a must.

• A high degree of initiative, resilience, and eagerness to create new business opportunities is necessary.

• Proficiency in Croatian and English is required, along with a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams are important.
