
Sales Representative – Radiotherapy, Nordics & Baltics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with customers and partners.
• Strengthen existing connections and establish a foundation of trust for future opportunities.
• Ensure timely engagement in all relevant tenders, collaborating closely with customers.
• Travel to current customer hospitals to enhance the product portfolio at these locations.
• Meet with new customers to drive business development and oversee the entire sales process.
• Communicate effectively with strategic partners to formulate a creative mid- and long-term strategy in line with Brainlab's corporate goals.
• Collect precise forecasts and relevant data to facilitate budget planning.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive and consistent customer database for the assigned territory.
• Participate in national and international meetings and symposia.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in capital equipment sales.
• Background in a medical or engineering environment is considered advantageous.
• A high degree of enthusiasm.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.
• Strong sense of commitment and proactivity.
• A friendly and engaging personality.
• Required fluency in English, with proficiency in another Nordic language preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordics and Baltics (80%).
