This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives within Bunzl Distribution's Processor segment located in Wisconsin.
• Enhance sales through account management and the development of new business opportunities.
• Identify and establish business with new accounts in an uncharted territory.
• Meet or exceed both sales and margin key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver exceptional customer service while nurturing customer relationships.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
• Oversee Accounts Receivables management.
• Promote new products and boost sales for Bunzl's internal and preferred brands.
• Implement and oversee pricing strategies within accounts.
• Organize and schedule weekly visits to customers.
• Present monthly summaries of key sales priorities to sales leadership.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge and showcase product features and benefits using samples or catalog specifications.
• Establish and expand new accounts.
• Provide timely and precise sales forecasts to operational and leadership teams.
• Review pricing on a quarterly basis to sustain and protect profit margins.
• Engage in industry association events, trade shows, and other relevant activities.
• Collaborate with external vendors on new materials and innovative packaging solutions.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of inside or outside sales experience is essential.
• Practical sales experience in at least one of the following sectors is preferred: food/meat processing, industrial processing, plant operating supplies, personal protection equipment, or related safety items.
• Prior experience in selling within the paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation, or food service distribution industries.
• Proven ability to effectively plan weekly and daily sales and operations activities, focused on targeted sales opportunities with the account manager.
• User-level proficiency in the Windows operating environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS & Copilot).
• Capability to work efficiently in situations with change and/or competing demands.
• Skilled in managing all confidential and time-sensitive materials.
• Strong results orientation and a sense of urgency.
• High level of personal accountability.
• Ability to identify and prioritize key initiatives.
