This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Qualifying potential leads through phone communication
β’ Arranging closing calls with prospects
β’ Keeping your lead list organized and prioritized
β’ Tracking daily KPIs in the team spreadsheet
β’ Some background in sales, a sales environment, or customer consulting
β’ Fluent in German, both in spoken and written forms
β’ Comfortable using a CRM system (e.g., Close)
β’ Self-discipline and motivation for a remote position with defined KPIs
β’ Openness to adhere to provided scripts and frameworks
β’ Well-defined processes and handovers
β’ Daily KPI monitoring
β’ Involvement in the daily team check-in
