This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for driving sales for two prominent products: RELEASE (agency) – focused on presentation design & workshops.
• slideroom (SaaS) – a PowerPoint add-in tailored for businesses.
• Actively pursue new customer acquisition in a B2B context, engaging with sectors such as marketing, sales, communications, executive management, HR, and more.
• Establish, nurture, and expand long-term client relationships — from the initial contact through to closing deals.
• Provide expert advice to companies regarding our services: presentation design, templates, slide masters, and pitch decks (RELEASE), along with slideroom licenses, packages, and use cases within the organization (SaaS sales).
• Identify and assess customer needs to prepare customized proposals and packages.
• Conduct online presentations and live demonstrations (e.g., slideroom demos and presentations of our agency services).
• Contribute to shaping our sales strategy and refining sales processes.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to discover new opportunities, industries, and target groups.
• Optional: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and expand our network.
• Professional background in sales, business development, or account management — preferably in a B2B setting (agency, SaaS, software, media, marketing, design, etc.).
• A passion for direct customer interactions and confidence in engaging with decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a proactive approach to closing deals.
• An affinity for design, presentations, communications, or software/SaaS.
• High levels of self-motivation and a desire for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
• A structured, reliable, and results-driven work ethic.
• Excellent German language skills (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
