Sales Representative – Networking Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Assist in market analysis, generate leads, and cultivate valuable relationships with prospective clients.

• Initiate contact with new potential clients through daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Organize presentation meetings with prospective clients and effectively showcase our solutions.

• Create commercial proposals and manage contracts to meet designated sales objectives.

• Establish and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through regular communication and frequent visits.

• Participate in international exhibitions and meetings to represent Teltonika and its product offerings.

• Utilize an internally developed CRM system to log accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities in accordance with best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales.

• While not mandatory, possessing strong connections within a relevant industry can facilitate the rapid development of potential interest, supported by an outstanding product portfolio.

• Proven expertise in cold calling, pipeline generation, and proactive client acquisition.

• Experience in delivering business presentations and leading client meetings.

• Previous experience working with KPIs and deadlines, demonstrating the ability to achieve results while managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with the telecommunications sector, IoT, or hardware sales.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a field related to commerce or business.

• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension) at a minimum level of B2.

• A consultative approach to business, with an understanding of client needs and challenges, and the capability to demonstrate how our solutions address them.
