
Sales Representative, Medicare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver sales coverage and enhance market penetration for products within the designated territory.
• Educate and assist Medicare individuals to facilitate access to health insurance.
• Distribute health education materials and organize health screenings.
• Provide Facilitated Enrollment services and support the continuation of health insurance and recertification.
• Identify potential enrollees and assess their eligibility for Advantage Medicare.
• Adhere to policies and procedures regarding product disclosures, enrollment, and disenrollment.
• Establish a local community presence to drive enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments as necessary to finalize enrollment.
• Promote Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other designated locations.
• Assist members in accessing healthcare, transportation, and other services.
• Follow marketing activity guidelines and supply necessary materials and documentation.
• Monitor competitive products and marketing practices, providing updates to management.
• Engage in telemarketing and outreach initiatives.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, conventions, and special events.
• Complete applications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Submit reports on territory and competitive conditions.
• Perform additional assigned tasks while adhering to company policies and standards.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Candidates should reside in New York City, including Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, or adjacent communities.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage sales is highly preferred.
• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or community relations, with previous managed care experience preferred, ideally in Medicare.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred; specific language skills may be required for certain plans.
• A State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License is required upon hire.
• A current state driver's license is required upon hire.
