Sales Representative – Medical Surgical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Promote a comprehensive Medical Surgical portfolio that includes Surgical Innovations, Acute Care Monitoring, and Endoscopy.

• Support the achievement of sales objectives and territory goals.

• Establish strong connections with surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with local distributor partners to facilitate daily sales operations.

• Engage in product demonstrations and provide in-theatre assistance.

• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth in key hospitals.

• Assist in product launches and local marketing efforts.

• Gather market insights and convey feedback to the broader team.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or a healthcare environment.

• Strong skills in communication and relationship-building.

• A keen interest in medical technology and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Native-level fluency in Croatian or Serbian (both written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
