This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
• Meet and exceed assigned annual sales and activity goals for High-Dosage Tutoring and On-Demand Tutoring programs.
• Develop and sustain a robust, accurate pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring meticulous data management (stages, close dates, notes, meetings, tasks).
• Identify and create new demand through outreach efforts, campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and participation in conferences.
• Conduct discovery sessions at district and state levels, focusing on instructional objectives, intervention priorities, ESSA evidence requirements, and funding strategies.
• Present engaging presentations and product demonstrations that emphasize outcomes, evidence of impact, program design, and reporting features.
• Draft pricing proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and procurement documents for district evaluation processes.
• Oversee the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and state-level bidding opportunities.
• Minimum qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of successful sales experience within the education sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in selling both in-person and online solutions.
• 2 to 5+ years of successful B2B or institutional sales experience; K-12 or EdTech experience is highly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with school districts, charter schools, state agencies, or academic intervention programs.
• Demonstrated history of achieving sales quotas and targets.
• Familiarity with sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong closing abilities.
• Ability to work from a home office while frequently traveling to customer and prospect locations.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
