This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee and enhance our key accounts while establishing sustainable relationships with pivotal decision-makers.
• Play an essential role in partner management, taking charge of both the maintenance and growth of selected partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team.
• Identify and cultivate new project opportunities with current customers.
• Acquire new customers and generate leads for tailored IT solutions and software projects.
• Assess customer requirements and prepare detailed solution proposals in conjunction with technical specialists.
• Manage the sales process from the initial project concept through proposal drafting and presentation to contract finalization.
• Independently analyze and manage tenders (WTO).
• Contribute to business and account planning, offering your insights on market and customer perspectives for the strategic growth of clavis IT.
• Represent clavis IT to customers, partners, and at various events (both on and off stage).
• Several years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development focused on customized IT solutions.
• Demonstrated success in establishing, managing, and expanding customer relationships.
• Strong inclination towards customer-value-driven sales messaging.
• Solid understanding of modern IT solutions, software projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ideally, experience with WTO tenders.
• Existing network within at least one of our target sectors: manufacturing, banking/insurance, or public administration.
• Successfully completed technical or commercial training or degree.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
