This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conducts remote sales of Medtronic's products and maintains relationships with end-user patients within a designated geographic territory and/or specific customer accounts to meet or surpass assigned sales targets.
• Discovers, cultivates, and finalizes business leads while referring internal leads as necessary.
• Offers insights on new market opportunities, product launches, and enhancements to existing products or supplies.
• Advocates for and facilitates education regarding the company's products and/or services.
• Addresses and resolves customer inquiries and issues effectively.
• Organizes product demonstrations conducted by field sales representatives.
• Supports field sales representatives in strategizing and executing sales initiatives, including sales calls, data analysis, identifying customer opportunities, and following up with sales representatives.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience*
• OR an Associate’s Degree AND at least 2 years of relevant experience*
• OR a Bachelor’s Degree *Relevant experience in sales, customer support, or related fields in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences is required.
