This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and execute strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new sales prospects.
• Launch and manage market development initiatives.
• Ensure the effective and productive use of remote sales tools.
• Design and deliver impactful sales and product presentations to clients.
• Represent the company at industry events to optimize opportunities, targeting specific customers to generate sales leads and promote the company's product offerings.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide education to customers to ensure effective understanding and utilization of products.
• Identify and comprehend competitive products and their features in relation to the company's offerings.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional team.
• Strong team-oriented attitude, high accuracy levels, and a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to work remotely, adeptness in remote communication tools, and flexibility to adjust to varying work hours.
• Experience in the medical (device) sector or within a hospital setting, along with knowledge of the competitive landscape, is preferable.
