This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new customers (B2B and B2C): starter sets, Ingies, and care boosters
• Conducting product presentations for customers — from the initial introduction to finalizing sales
• Developing and sustaining a loyal customer base
• Performing product demonstrations and promotions to enhance sales
• Proactively gathering market and customer insights and integrating them into the sales strategy
• Experienced freelance sales agents (as per §84 HGB) with valid proof of business registration
• Proven background in direct sales and/or as a sales representative
• Passion for beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and sustainable products
• Strong sales abilities with an emphasis on closing transactions
• Self-motivated, organized working style with a drive to help establish a new brand
• Ideally possessing an existing customer base or access to pertinent distribution channels
• Competitive commission-based earning potential, including commissions on repeat orders
• Innovative, patented product featuring clear unique selling propositions (vegan, family-friendly, custom mixable, sustainable, gentle — also suitable for use as a face wash)
