Sales Representative – Clinical Nutrition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Establishing and nurturing robust, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

• Executing effective sales strategies to meet and surpass designated targets, informed by systematic analysis of territory performance and customer potential.

• Advocating for Baxter’s Clinical Nutrition portfolio by effectively conveying clinical benefits and appropriate usage.

• Tracking market trends and competitive activities to uncover new business opportunities.

• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Medical, and cross-functional teams on promotional and educational initiatives.

• Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and inquiries.

• Utilizing CRM and internal business applications to organize activities, prioritize accounts, monitor opportunities, and assess the effectiveness of actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Informazione Scientifica Del Farmaco or a related field.

• Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or clinical nutrition.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a strong customer-focused mindset.

• Proficient in English, capable of effectively communicating in an international business setting.

• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to understand and interpret sales data.

• Solid proficiency in Excel (e.g., trend analysis, pivot tables, reporting).

• Experience using CRM systems and internal company applications to manage sales performance, forecast outcomes, and plan accounts.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a strong desire to achieve success.

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
