This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Reach out and engage with incoming leads through phone, email, and various communication platforms.
• Identify and address customer concerns related to their Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Articulate the available services and solutions in a clear, professional, and comprehensible way.
• Assess leads and assist customers throughout the sales journey.
• Transform inquiries into paying clients.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Foster trust and build relationships with customers while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process and resolve issues.
• Regularly achieve or surpass individual sales and performance goals.
• Prior experience in sales, customer support, appointment setting, lead generation, or another client-facing position.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in managing phone conversations and effectively addressing objections.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Technical proficiency and the capability to comprehend issues related to digital platforms.
• Ability to convey technical ideas to customers without a technical background.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Dependable high-speed internet connection and a suitable professional remote work setup.
