This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and surpass sales objectives by effectively managing a client portfolio and discovering new business possibilities.
• Engage with Clients: Schedule over 12 client meetings and conduct more than 15 project shops weekly to foster strong relationships and showcase our latest collections.
• Prospect New Accounts: Seek out and onboard new residential and commercial interior designers, establishing over 50 new accounts each year.
• Leverage Social Media: Utilize platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn to promote the Phillip Jeffries brand and connect with the design community.
• Promote New Launches: Keep clients informed about our newest product offerings and ensure their sample libraries are current.
• Support Projects: Monitor and manage project opportunities within our CRM, coordinate with Customer Experience, and follow up on outstanding quotes and sample requests.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Marketing, Logistics, and CX teams to guarantee seamless experiences for clients.
• Represent the Brand: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and facilitate client interactions such as lunch & learns and happy hours.
• Stay Informed: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market conditions to refine your sales strategy.
• Report & Reflect: Provide weekly and monthly updates on client visits, pipeline activities, and performance metrics.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Phillip Jeffries at local design schools and within the wider design community.
• 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in interior design, luxury furnishings, or a related sector.
• Residing in Barcelona or within a 30-minute commute, with the ability to travel throughout the Catalonia region.
• Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
• Demonstrated capability to establish trust and influence across all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working autonomously.
• Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Business development-oriented—you thrive on identifying and nurturing new relationships.
• Familiarity with the Catalonia interior design scene and an existing network is advantageous.
